Cancellation Policy

Should you miss an appointment, for any reason, or fail to cancel an appointment no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to such appointment, you shall be responsible for half the price of all services to be rendered during such appointment.

Pet Policy

While we love seeing them, we ask that you leave your furry friends at home when you come for your appointment.

COVID/Sick Policy

Not feeling well? We are sorry to hear that! If you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you call to reschedule your appointment.

Return Policy

There will be no monetary refunds on services provided. We offer a one-week window on adjustments. Gift cards, packages that are purchased at the salon are non-refundable and good for salon credit.

We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.

On-Time Arrival

Please be respectful of our stylists time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we can no longer guarantee we will be able to accommodate you.

13 & Under Policy

All persons under 13 years of age are required to be accompanied by an adult during their appointment.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Goods Policy

We regret that SALON dada, LLC cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal items including clothing and accessories. SALON dada, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

Credit Card Policy

We accept cash, amex, visa, discover and MasterCard - unfortunately, we cannot place gratuity on the card.
