Cancelation Policy
Should you miss an appointment,
for any reason, or fail to cancel an appointment no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to such appointment, you shall be responsible for
half the price of all services to be rendered during such appointment.
On-Time Arrival
Please be respectful of our stylists time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we can no longer guarantee we will be able to accommodate you.
Pet Policy
While we love seeing them, we ask that you leave your furry friends at home when you come for your appointment.
13&Under Policy
All persons under 13 years of age are required to be accompanied by an adult during their appointment.
COVID/Sick Policy
Not feeling well? We are sorry to hear that! If you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you call to reschedule your appointment.
Lost/Stolen Goods Policy
SALON dada, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
Return Policy
There will be no monetary refunds on services provided. We offer a two week window on adjustments.
Gift cards, packages that are purchased at the salon are non refundable and good for salon credit.
